Accommodation Options:

Delegates can either opt to stay in Halls of Residence accommodation, or arrange their own accommodation in one of the many city centre hotels in Belfast:

Halls of Residence Accommodation – Queen’s Elms Village

The price per person per night for a single occupancy, premium en-suite room is £37.50.

Check-in is open from 14:00 onwards each day, and check out is by 10:00 on day of departure. 

Queen’s Elms Village is situated on the Malone Road in the south of the city and is in a residential area approximately a 15 minute walk away from the conference venue and 1.5 miles from the centre of Belfast and the main shopping and entertainment venues.

The price includes: a full Irish breakfast served in the Treehouse restaurant (served 7 am to 10 am) linen, towels, toiletry pack and complimentary Wi-Fi. Your accommodation booking also includes use of the kitchen/common area on your floor with tea/coffee making facilities, cooker, microwave and soft seating area with a TV.

The bedrooms are furnished to a basic level and have a single bed, a built-in desk with strip light, there is hanging space and shelving for clothes; the en-suite bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, mirror, shaving light and shelf; the shower has a curtain and disposable shower mat.

There is a 24 hour Reception desk along with 24 hour Security.  Car parking facilities are available at a cost of 70p per day, payable by the delegate upon departure.

Luggage:

Luggage storage facilities are available. Likewise, there will be ample luggage storage facilities available at the conference venue, should you not wish to return to the halls of residence on the day of departure.

Transport:

 There are regular Metro bus services from Belfast city centre to the University and Elms Village (BT9).

The 8b bus runs from the city centre to Elms Village (BT9) from Monday – Saturday.  The 8a bus runs from the city centre to the main Queen’s University Campus seven days a week, a 15 minute walk from the main campus will bring you to Elms BT9. Please see the timetable link below:
