Presentations should be timed to last for 15 minutes to allow for some questions and changeover between speakers.
Prezi, PowerPoint or PDF can be used for presentations. If you are producing PowerPoint using a Mac or are using any unusual fonts then it is strongly recommended that you convert these to PDF to avoid cross platform formatting issues.
If you are bringing slides (rather than using Prezi) please present yourself at the room allocated for your session no later than the previous break. A member of the IT team will be on hand to ensure that your slides are uploaded to the AV system in the room.
Posters should be A1 and portrait only. There are no other specific design requirements.
The poster boards will be located in the Foyer of the Peter Froggatt Centre. Set-up will be between 08:30 and 10:00 am on Thursday 21 June. Fixings will be provided.
Please ensure your poster is in place by 10:00 am latest, as judging will take place at some point during the day and a prize for the best poster (sponsored by IJPDS) will be awarded at the Poster Drinks Reception at 16.30.
